They always have to ask. Bet it gets tiresome.Also, am I the only one that thinks that the newest episode really made the trailer feel out-of-place? In the trailer, York is already at the medical station before Wash and Maine return, but in the episode, he's with them. Does he get air-lifted out before the attack? HMMMMM.
RT's got some explaining to do. Or just declare the trailer non-canon? We'll just have to see...

I'm pretty sure all the trailers are non-canon because the one before Caboose brings back Epsilon shows ghost Church and ghost Tex talking on top of a cliff while looking down at blue base.

The trailer was declared non-canon a bit ago. Before episode 10 if I remember. Burnie decided to make the plot go a different way. Awesome drawings, btw... I love them. =3

Yah. what I noticed (maybe I just didn't get it) is that when Wash tells about what happened to Maine in the trailer he says it was simulation troopers or shit and in the season 9 it's an insurrectionist dude

Yeah, the trailer is set up to look like it happens after season 8, saying things like that the "simulation troopers" were responsible for Maine's injuries. But then York shows up and blows our minds. At least, that's what happened to me XD;
The trailer has been pretty much declared non-canon, I just haven't gotten around to updating this yet XD;

yeah, it screwed me up when i was writing, but uh, i think they were just showing what the season would probably be about, then went back and filed in the spots, like why maine is in the hospital, and why York's eye is all white and useless. lol

The trailer might just be non-canon. I mean, we see it in movies enough, right? What about the trailer for Recreation? I think? Where Church/Alpha is talking to Tex while watching Caboose incinerate himself. That didn't really fit into the story, either.

Maybe...but then again, we really don't know York. He had like, maybe 10min spoken dialogue in Out of Mind...and what, 7min spoken dialogue so far in season 9? That's not much to glean information from.
IDK, York always seemed like a proud, if playfully arrogant, man. He just also seems to have a strong moral compass and knows when to cut the shit.

Thats true, but it still seems weird. My prediction is that Carolina will soon try to make a move on York, but something goes wrong and it reveals that it is indeed Tex.It could also support the theory about how Tex always fails. Also, when CT(or Carolina, whatever) Asks the director if "the new recruit" is coming, he dosn't really answer and he might be hiding something.

Hmmm...I dunno, Tex has disguised herself to be male, but never to be a different man. I suppose anything is possible, though :]
My theory is a bit more convoluted. And unrefined XD;
I think CT is a member of the insurrection, which is why she's so concerned about "which side you're on." Could also explain why she never got an AI. She was too busy fleeing for her life for being a traitor.
She's gonna betray them all and give away their positions to the other insurrectionists. Shit hitting the fan will ensue.
Wash and Maine will be sent to stop CT/help North and Wyoming. Leaving Carolina and York to find the sarcophagus. Sexually tense moments may or may not happen here. Tex will most likely show up and kick ass with them, as a sort of fallback plan the Director enacted (Like he did when Carolina went on the Dakotas' mission.) One of the major insurrectionists will live, and that will be considered a failure. Or something. Maybe everything will go into lockdown and THAT'D be considered the failure. The three of them will secure it and their own transport to the medbay, which is why York wasn't with Wash/Maine during the trailer.
Wash lets CT go (they were friends after all; complicated relationships FTW) and she give him the briefcase. Maine gets his throat shot out in the chaos.

I love the "Wash, you were there!". I think by the "how's the eye?" Wash is referring to something on the mission, maybe the eye messed York up so he had to go to the Med-Bay right as they get back too.

hhmm... I don't know, I think either York is faking and he sneaked out (then he'll probably mess something up and get sent back to Med-Bay), or My theory is that Tex felt bad and disguised herself as York and is using something to make her voice sound like his. But That's not very likely, because nothing can compare to York's Sexy voice. ^.^

I think it'll be Carolina's call. He told her he was "only okay" and she knows how important this mission is. She'll get him to infiltrate whatever security there is, then get him out of there before he gets any more hurt.
