Yeah, this will be the moment when, if she found out, RD would be feeling pretty asshole-ish by now. And lets face it, when we first saw this trilogy, we all though Rarity was out for more material gains, so we're all in a similar boat really. And that's why this comic collection is so good, because it does a pretty good job of making us think that Rarity was being selfish, and then some would even go as to say it was ironic that she was the element of generosity, but then we see page 3 and realise that she was following that element from the start.

Well, I've not actually seen the comic in a while, but from my memory, would that not be a rather subtle feature, which one would need to look out for to actually see.

I really like the way you drew Rarity in your Element of Generosity comic. And the way you laid out the story was totally unexpected. For a moment I thought she had turned into a corporate business shark. You demonstrated Rarity's character really well in this comic, literally reflecting her element and selflessness for others.
