This is how I always picture Rarity. She's stingy, yes, but generous when it counts.

To be honest, I liked it, but I didn't quite understand: Rarity IS being generous and all, but I don't get why she sort of acts like a jerk in that first comic. There's really no reason for her not to just tell people why she needs that money. Telling them might even get her more.
