The doctor may have a point about the noise, but it's good that he's not trying to stop her from Pinkie-ing her way to cheering up Maud. Emotional support is the most important thing following a suicide attempt, and rekindling positive emotions is important. I found that even when I couldn't feel happy or really enjoy anything, [really good] comedians could still force smiles onto my face from uncontrollable bubbles of amusement. I didn't really feel joy, but it was still something.

Awww, Maud has a little bed hair. Just a little. Also, a sister like Pinkie Pie must be sometimes hard to endure, but so worth it...

She should be lucky to have a sister who gives a shit about her at all. A lot of siblings hate each other and the pies are weird but they certainly dont hate each other they just don't show emotion the way we do. headcanon: all the pies but pinkie are stoic and serious and hardened emotionally like rocks you had to be when working out in the quarry its a rough life no time for playing.
