Completed on October 22, 2008, I had meant to post this the other day but I got sick and had a slight fever.
Dean Winchester from Supernatural.
I was motivated to do a Halloween piece after going through my small digital collection of Ayami Kojima's wonderful work on the Castlevania series. A photo of Dean was used as a reference for the face, so hopefully it looks somewhat like him. As for the background, it took some time for me to figure out how to incorporate the idea of how "it all began" in the back. And while I was working on it, my computer froze and I had to redo figure.

I never had the change to see Supernatural, but it seemed to be a popular series. If I get the chance, I may have to consider Season 1.

Yes, DVD box sets can be quite expensive. I find it hard to buy a box set I'm only going to watch once anyway.. XD;

Yes, it seems that there are a number of tv dvds out or coming out on Blu-ray. They usually cost almost double the original dvd price, no way am I getting something that expensive,

okay before i forget i want to say i think Ayami Kojima is incredible, and the fact that she taught herself just adds to it.

A "disturbance in the force"? Haha. I missed out when the show was first shown and so I decided to get the dvds... but when they were released, they were a bit over-priced. I've only started watching recently when I got the first and second dvds after the price dropped almost in half. I had to paint the mom twice since my computer crashed the first time. But I think it was a good thing because I knew I wasn't happy with the first try. The crash forced me to start over. I hope I didn't give you bad dreams! Kojima is amazing, isn't she? Can't believe she's self-taught, so much talent!

no bad dreams that i recall so far.
i've lost work the same way. my son once wanted to redo something that required him to shut down and start again from scratch. he saved my art work to disc but apparently he didn't do it properly. lost a lot of work there. thats when i decided to do my work on a separate computer.
Kojima is amazing and to accomplish so much in a society thats not high on womens rights i think makes it doubly so.

I do have patience most of the time, when it comes to buying dvds. Yes, they are expensive! Oh no, must've been terrible to know that you've lost a lot of your works!! I back up my files often onto a external hard drive, but I'm always scared that the drive would break or stop working one day. Separate computers are a good idea. Yes, I agree, and there aren't a whole lot of well known female artists in the gaming industry. She's pretty much the only one I know that has done well.

Thanks! His eyes were green, but I added some red for a little bit of reflection in his eyes and it took the green away. Just realize now it looks kinda yellow...I'll try and make it greener again, but I'm glad you like it
