i cant remember...probably under 1 week?....
i sometimes speed modelling, i finish for 1 day...low poly only though...
blair and jibril models i made before if i remember correctly....

not bad...If I could adjust myself to blender without needing much but a few basics and some way to follow simplified and stuff as im thinkin..I would use it more...and probably do more 3d..eh...idk..

how to remove the mirror modifier??

remove it in the Object Modifiers(wrench icon) in the Properties(in the right by default)...
