LONG TEXT AHEAD!!! Please forgive any gramatical mistake.
"It was late at night and Zira had trouble sleeping so she went outside to get some air, this has been happening these last few days, she couldn’t get Scar out of her head but at the same time she liked this new lion, he seemed nice… or so she thought. Still, Scar held a big place in her heart.

“Troubling sleeping again?” She heard a voice, it was Kifuji’s. He approached her from behind, she sighed.

“Yes, a little. I’m just… confused. I don’t know what to do.” Zira said. “You’ve been very nice to us, and I’m really grateful, but I feel my heart belongs somewhere else.”

“Nonsense, Zira… If I recall, you were the one who left him, for a good reason. Maybe it was a signal, you had to do it. And then you found this place, found me… It was destiny, my dear.” That last word slipped, but she didn’t mind it this time. The lion rested his face on her back. “I haven’t known you for too long, however I can say for sure you’re a fine lioness, sure of herself and… beautiful, if I may add.”

His voice was soft, poetic even. Whatever he has trying to do it worked, as Zira seemed more calm now. She looked back at him and smiled a little. “You have your way with words, you know?” She said, raising an eyebrow.

“So I’ve been told.” He chuckled and looked up to the sky. “You know, despite this place not being so pretty, the sky is always so beautiful. Look at the stars, always there, following us wherever we are.”

Zira turned to him. “Who taught you all that?”

“My mother… although not directly, she used to have these conversations with my brother, and I heard some of them while I was sitting alone.” Zira looked at him with sad eyes. “Zira, please, stay with me. My other lionesses… they’re not like you, you’re special, I know you are.”

His words pierced her heart and for the first time in a while, the memory of Scar disappeared. She snuggled on his mane and he laid a soft kiss on her neck. “You are special as well, Kifuji…”

Time seemed to stop for a moment as they snuggled under the night sky. This could be the beginning of a new relationship, pure and true… Zira hoped."

And this, kids, is how Vitani and Kovu were made (?) Well, I think it was obvious what happened after this xD And I know, maybe some of you might be asking "Where's my blood thristy Zira?!" oh... you ain't seen nothing yet Stay tuned for more parts of this story!
