EDIT:
TAKE THESE TUTORIALS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT PLEASE. I made them years ago in the hopes of showing others how I drew these animals at the time. THE ANATOMY IS WAY OFF. You guys are more than welcome to use this as a baseline for how to start drawing using simple shapes to sketch first, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use REAL pictures of the animals you're attempting to draw as reference! Do NOT follow these tutorials step by step on how to draw the most anatomically correct figure. These get crazy views and faves TO THIS DAY. I don't want to be spreading misinformation. With that said, I plan on updating all of these at some point in the future.

This is so helpful. Thank you very much for the tutorial! I'm god awful at anatomy and I've been trying to figure stuff out, but I never knew where to draw the circles and stuff. BUT NOW I DO. eek thanks again. Your work is too cute <3

I just want you to keep in mind however that this tutorial (and a few of my others, which I need to update) are very old and outdated, so the anatomy is pretty off. I'd suggest to also look up pictures of wolves and other canines to get the hang of their anatomy c: But I'm glad that the circles and stuff help out too! I always find it easier to break something down into parts when sketching it out so its a lot easier to see what goes where ^^

Not being a hater but...I think it would be nicer if the abdomen part is more muscular and the legs were more longer...again not being a hater

You're not being a hater by critiquing something, no worries ^^ But I totally agree, these tutorials are SO old, and the anatomy is way off. I've been wanting to get around to redoing all of them, but only remade the "feline head" tutorial so far
Just keep a lookout for updated versions in the future ;D

What programme and tools do you use?? ;w; I really want to know what tool you use to sketch

For all of my digital art, I use Photoshop Elements 9.0 and sometimes Paint Tool Sai to play around and sketch in. But for this tutorial and all of the finished work you see in my gallery (so far), I used Photoshop Elements 9.0 ^^
And I just use the brush toolΒ for drawing in PS. I also have a Wacom Intuos4 tablet if that helps too c:
