- I hoped to convey some of the old spirit and hushed grandeur of exploration, never mind how idealistic. I didn't spend too much time on it, but thought I'd share because I like the concept..

It will be the last image I'll do in awhile by pulling a photographed line drawing directly into PS without extracting them lines ): Thanks for viewing!

(I sure didn't come up with the genius of putting dinosaurs and classicalist architecture together with steampunkesque contraptions and characters.. for that we are greatly, greatly indebted to James Gurney for writing and illustrating the Dinotopia series. Especially The World Beneath, which I had the really good fortune to stumble upon as a child.)
