Very nice picture - I love the landscape and expression of Maedhros. I was quite surprised by their scars, but why not - it really looks he was tortured . Poor Maedhros!

Its just a mini headcanon of mine that if you have someone powerful like Morgoth who tortures an elf enough they get permanent scars because it affects their spirit (coincidentally how elves are turned into orcs) so hence the scars? And thank you!

Thank you! I think I preferred the PJ ears over the Warcraft ones seeing as Tolkien intended elves to be the firstborns which meant humans are sort of structured after them physically in some way? > <

Well, the way I see it the elves are described as very beautiful. And the humans seem to agree with that statement. So elves can't look so different from men. Just more pretty. The warcraft elves look a bit too inhuman for that.
