That is incredible. I like how you made the shoes look more realistic with the red scraped off of them. Keep it up!

Nice job on the bounciness!
(Am I allowed to give some feedback?)
While the forward motion is done superbly, I noticed that after a while he looks rather stiff, like a robot.
Perhaps while his foot is furthest back, you could adjust it so that when his weight shifts, his furthest foot rolls on the toe a bit?
(I don't know if this is exactly clear...)

I know is a test for walking, but his eyes are moving too much. It's like he doesn't know where to look.
The rest, I love it ^^

Nice animation. Only crits are the walk still seems a little stiff and there might be too much eye-blink for a short loop.
Just download and try the RC versions of 2.70, they don't seem that unstable to work with.

This animation only has 30 frames, thats why there is so much eye blink.
And I already tried the second RC, pretty awsome stuff.

Nice improvement! I am noticing some popping in the knees though when the feet are furthest back. I'd avoid having the legs straighten completely to remove the popping. Good work though, keep it up.

Yup that's some IK snapping going on there. I tried to avoid it on the old walk cycle but you saw it, the result was very uncanny. Anyway thanks for the comment!

This isn't gonna be like the Spongebob "Lost Episode" where Spongebob does a bunch of cheap walk cycles is it?

Haha, no, it's just a basic walk cycle and an improved version, that's it.

As someone who's practicing animation himself I have to admit this is really well done. The movement looks really nice, Shadow isn't stiff when he walks and overall it looks really good. My only nitpick however is the fact that his eyelids don't go through a bunch of frames to make them look more real and instead they only have 3 frames of animation. But besides that it's a really good animation you made.
