PLEASE PLEASE BE LIGHTER ON THE LAST DARK COLOR. It shouldn't be as "direct" as I have it!!!This is my how to color skin tutorial! :3 It was completely done in Paintbrush. Surprisingly, I not once used Airbrush! I love to make use of one tool to the best of its ability before switching. It may look "Airbrushy" in some parts because of the pressure I put on (using tablet) though I normally use full pressure unless I accidentally use a lighter pressure.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this!! This is exactly what I've been looking for. All the tutorials I've found either use far too much highlighting, and the result always looks greasy and shiny, or the blending techinique is super confusing.

Using the erase tool or selecting the areas outside of the lineart and hitting Delete.

The brush used was always Paintbrush.

Not for me. I dislike airbrush. But I guess it all depends on the person.
"Airbrush" for me I can do with Paintbrush depending on the pressure of my tablet pen.
