I use a free version of paint tool sai, so I don't have all the tools of the full version.
I had purchased the full version of it a while back but after my old lap top died I tried to get it re-installed but Systemax was difficult to work with and pretty much told me I needed to buy it again....so I said F*** that, and just downloaded the free version.
