Brief Synopsis:
In her civilian life she works as a forensic scientist with a specialty in super powers, meta-humans, the supernatural and other types of cases the hard sciences just can't fully tackle yet. Unbeknownst to her she suffers from a multiple personality disorder - enhanced and possibly caused by a shadowy "handler" her civilian persona knows nothing about. In civilian life she goes about with just a faint unease, knowing something is wrong and seeing a therapist about it but not having a clue how serious it is even as she uses her job to hide evidence of her own and others crimes...
As NOWAB she is a deadly assassin. She has no super powers but is in peak physical condition and has superb training in many forms of armed and unarmed combat. Her specialty has always been guns and her handler / agent boasted his client was Number One With a Bullet - NOWAB.
As time when by contracts started drying up. No matter how proficient NOWAB was, no matter how much her handler hyped her, people were turning more and more to superpowered clients expecting better results. Just when it seemed there may be no more use for NOWAB a mysterious benefactor delivered a gift... magical pistols at a low, low price of promises of future considerations.
The magical pistols have a variety of effects, not all of which have yet been discovered by NOWAB, which include shooting energy blasts, shooting heat and cold blasts, bullets that can turn and follow their targets, explosive bullets and others...

You should know that Soon is not a promise of soonness but rather a vague, very imprecise measurement of likelihood of ever happening.
Besides, I said the details would come soon... But not that I would share them!
Background will probably not be fully fleshed out. I imagine she's American by birth but that her parents ethnicities were probably a bit mixed. Motivation is mental problems and manipulation. (Multiple personality disorder, encouraged if not entirely created by her "handler" which handles her contracts and such. The personality which goes with NOWAB knows nothing but her criminal life... Her "real persona" knows something is off, and is seeing a shrink (likely turning out to be her handler) about it, but has no clue that while she works as a forensic scientist with a specialty in super powered crime that she's also using her position to cover up her own deeds!) The moniker was created by her handler to hype his client... Hype she basically lived up to even before she got her magical six shooters!
I do have plans to do that all up pretty and well-ishly written some day. I swear!

You can always pretty-ify it up later I just meant there
are still a bunch of your cast of players that have had ref sheets
for years but not even the most basic of background info to go with them.
I suppose I could always draw Caemgen or Fenian again (I still might 
your birthday but I was thinking of trying out something a little different this year.
Plenty of choices in the roster but I don't know much about them or how they came to be.

Bah! Don't go reminding me that I'm getting older soon... I thought I gave that up for Lent or something.
I do have a plan to actually create a kind of info page for every character and the main 6 are close to done, and once they are everyone else should go relatively quickly as they won't get as long or detailed of descriptions or pages... But I'm kind of hung up on the project at the moment. For the main image of each I want to go with the new (555) HEROICS.com costume version... So I've kind of put everything on hold until those newest sheets get colorized. And they can't exactly get colorized till I figure out a color artist I wish to do them. *sigh* My procrastination skills are strong!

Well you could write a brief version on the pages that exist already
and then update them when the new sheets come out.
Are the new sheets done by Europa again? Because judging by his
comments he was most impressed by Durandus (who really enjoyed
working on his lines in return), Swanzy and Sarah Perryman. You could see
if any of those people are having a sale or have open slots for coloring ref sheets.
Just a thought.
On a side note how is your 555 Heroics group going to tie into City of Titans, VO or HaV?
...or will it exist only in Bison City and just be for your writing and artz collecting?

Side note first:
The idea of (555) HEROICS.com is to create a continuity which is purely mine. My own places, enemy groups, etc etc. Inevitably pieces and parts from other places may make cameos (I'm not going to throw out an art just because it shows a Freakshow villain or such) but the idea is to have the storyline and major pieces mine and free of being dependent upon CoH or Titans or anything. So the goal is for it to be my own world with possible visits from influences but that's it. My characters (wherever I created their look and such) and my storylines.
Brief Synopsis for each character? Fine, done.
I think I got everyone... The majors already had longer write ups - these may needs changing due to the whole HEROICS thing but the basics will be right enough.
I just went for quick rundown on history, motivation and power... Not nitty gritty like place of birth or such. If you feel the need for something specific on anyway and it's not there, just ask
As for coloring... None of my usuals seem very open at the moment and I do have a yearning for the HEROICS sheets to look, color wise, a bit different from everything else. Dunno, maybe I need to find someone who works with prismacolor markers or something. lol... Just looking for someone that'll give them a unique feel.

That makes sense. After the shutdown (a pox on you NCSoft) of CoH my characters are kind of adrift but I
don't think I ever considered making a whole new world for just me and mine to live in. Perhaps that is more a restriction
of time and energy than will though. Or maybe I'm hoping one of the 3 successors will be enough like it that I can adapt them to the new game
and live in that world instead. I guess I still want a world populated with thousands of heroes that are not just my own. *Shrug* Remains to be seen I guess.
So you are still open to team ups and visitation from outside your world then?

I don't see any mention of open slots or prices but you could shoot her an inquiry note about it.

I guess my idea is kind of to have them live in "my world" but also to be able to keep them alive in any game I may happen to play...
And of course I am still open to team ups and such. I may not consider every such as canon to my own little world but end of the day I'm all about cool arts
lol... I didn't specifically mean markers or prismacolors or a specific anything, more just saying something that'll automatically be a different look. As for just shooting notes... Argh, I hate doing that. I so much prefer when artists express an openness to taking commissions, some guidelines about price. In fact some guideline about price is a must for me. Those who refuse to divulge openly even the ballpark they're asking for price I won't contact. Most tend to be way more than I'll spend (not saying they're not worth it, just that there's lots of things I want but won't spend the money for) and I dread inquiring, getting such a price, and telling them no... It almost feels like I am saying they're not worth that price and its all just oogy uneasiness I just choose to avoid. Umm, not saying Liz is in this group at all! My thought process just sort of strayed there...
