DesGaruGaru: Gary Schwartz (Allegedly The Tank from "Left 4 Dead") - I'm not sure how accurate the matchup with the actor, and Tank is. But i'm going by my gut, and assuming that the source i got the info from is true. Though given how much The Tank sounds like Gary Schwartz, i have reason to believe it's true. Either way, it's a perfect selection for the horror that is DesGaruGaru. A hellish dragon beast who has no speech, and doesn't utter a word in all the time he appears. And why should he bother? All he knows is death, and destruction. That's all he'll ever know, and all he'll ever care for. Words mean nothing. The only feelings he ever expresses are anger, hate, and rage. A roaring mass of flame, and unkempt devastation. Gary Schwartz (or whoever plays as the Tank) is definitely one of the better picks for such a depiction. Now.........let's get out of here before an ACTUAL Tank shows up, shall we? ΒDagarla: David Sobolov (Lobo from "Young Justice/Invasion") - From all that i ever gathered, Dagarla always struck me as an intelligent brute. Granted, he was nowhere near the same level as someone like Spacegodzilla. But he wasn't an idiot either. And he was a very threatening, and powerful enemy to contend with. Kind of a step above his chosen counterpart, Lobo, portrayed by David Sobolov in "Young Justice". Although his appearance was limited, Lobo showed how much of badass he was. He was fearsome, strong, domineering, and intimidating. And Sobolov gave him a gruff, and loud, but also low, deep, blood-laced voice which expressed exactly what Lobo is: a stone-cold killer. But luckily, only if he feels like it, or if there's a bounty on someone's head. With Dagarla, however, there is no such safety. If he wants you dead, then you're dead - and as far as he's concerned, everyone is meant to die at some point. He just speeds up the process in his own way. All around, Dagarla is an excellent antagonist of a kaiju who left quite an impression on everyone in the fandom. But with David Sobolov voicing him, he'd leave an impression bigger than the one he made when Leo dropped him on his own temple.
Yamato no Orochi: Christopher Lee (Count Dooku and Saruman from Star Wars AND Lord of the Rings) - Christopher Lee was easily one of the greatest actors who ever lived in his time. The roles he's most well known for, aside from maybe Dracula, were the Sith Lord, Count Dooku aka Darth Tyrannus, and the White Wizard, Saruman. Both of whom were diabolical servants of evil who proved a powerful, and dangerous match for the heroes they faced. And as he replaces Grand King Ghidorah in the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy of "The Kaiju Chronicles", that makes Yamato no Orochi that sort of antagonist. Given that, in the story, and the one my source influence Kaijudude made, Orochi is a powerful sorcerer who became an agent of Darkness, and became the Orochi beast who was a truly mighty foe that could only ever be sealed away. His loyalty is to only himself, and the Dark Lord who gave him his power in the first place. Which is so great, it forced time travel for Mothra Leo in order to defeat him. He WAS eventually defeated, but not because of going back into the past. It took a higher power than his own to destroy him eternally: the power of a Zhanglao, which is the Valar to his Maiar. Still, Orochi is one of the most interesting antagosnists in the kaiju world. And Christopher Lee had a way of bringing dastardly villains to life. Were he still around, it would make a perfect match made in hell.
Dogora: John Noble (Brainiac from "Superman: Unbound") - Gee: Brainiac sure has gotten alot of attention in the previous years, hasn't he? Beginning with this graphic novel, the world-killing knowledge collector has been further cemented as a planet-killing horror who is feared by all who know him. Now he's even getting featured in the "krypton" series that's coming out soon. In short, he's grown even more interesting in the recent years. But personally, i think it was the animated film adaptation which helped set this into motion. Especially thanks to the alien destroyer's portrayal being handled expertly by John Noble. John Noble is a fantastic actor who has the presence of a Shakespearean actor - to a degree, i think. And he most certainly delivers a fantastic performance for Brainiac which also keeps him in character. Now, don't get me wrong, Corey Burton is a staple Brainiac VA, and always will be. But John Noble is a close second, given how well he portrays the ruthless, emotionless, calculating conqueror who is devoid of any emotions which could make him relate to any of the species whose lives he exterminates. To him they're just specimens to dissect, genus' to analyze, and dust motes to sweep away. He has no qualms about annihilating entire worlds so long as he obtains their knowledge. To put it simply, he's a perfect counterpart to Galactus the devourer. But in the case of my series, so does the former space amoeba, Dogora. In my series, Dogora is one of a kind, being the Zhanglao/Elder God who embodies destruction itself. His sole purpose in life is to destroy everything he sees so that creation can kick a new cycle into gear. Basically, he wipes the slate clean. But for a Zhanglao, who are cosmic beings who exist on another plane of existence, it is difficult for them to maintain a physical presence in our reality unless they have a conduit. The default is the Jinsei Gems in their bodies, which serve as their heart, and soul. But at least one more element is required to maintain a physical presence. For Dogora, it's the life-essence of planets - or rather, the essence of Carbon, found in worlds. They sustain him, and continue his existence in this reality. But as far as anything goes, what he does is simply what he must do. It's not only a job for him, but a way of life that has spanned on for eons, since before our earth was even formed. As such, he is cold, distant, emotionless, and cares little for the lives of others. They're just another bunch of specks that end up being annihilated in the long run. But even so, he commands a sense of power, and respect, much like Brainiac and Galactus. When he speaks, you can feel the power, and strength behind it. That's how you know he is someone not to take lightly. And is someone that John Noble would fit like a slipper. That's certainly a something i would give my front teeth to see realized. But not really: i like my teeth as they are, and WHERE they are. Thank you very much.

I always imagined how they would sound if they had voices myself.

RIP, Christopher Lee. Β Corey Burton could replace him here, since he also voiced Count Dooku.

Possibly. But lest we forget, these lists aren't meant to be taken seriously. Alive, or dead, it's about who we feel would be excellent casting choices. Though Corey Burton definitely could do the job, too. Still, i have more entries than this you can look at. Assuming you're interested, of course.

Well, he doesn't strike me as a big talker - or a talker of any kind. He's just a true monster of incredible power.

Yes, that's why i used the word "was" throughout that description. The point of this meme is to IMAGINE who you think would make good acting choices for your characters. Or at least imagine what their voices in the series you make sounds like. Doesn't matter whether said actor is alive OR dead. And why should it, really?
