Love the swimming pose .Well, honestly i was expecting for some underwater fight scenes in the movie

Yeah, I was hoping to see Godzilla fight some submarines or the Mutos underwater at least once, something difficult to do with suitmation techniques or the limited CGI effects of Toho, BUT, I still enjoyed the new Godzilla, & I hold out hope that we'll get to see some underwater fights in Godzilla II :3

I'm sorry I tend to be too busy to surf around in the galleries of fellow fans, but this is especially worth a mention because no lies man this is one of the absolute best comic-style drawings of G14 out there, it honestly screams of pro-art they would have used on merchandising, especially in the 90s.Β Love it, love it

Thanks, I love this piece alot too, but just so ya know, is the artist, I just came up with the concept for the Monarch files lol. Bracey does amazing work, he did a Rodan redesign for me too
I can't draw alas, just think up stuff I'd like to see, whether they be fanworks or OCs, & I trust the artists I hired to bring em to life for me (they rarely disappoint, I've met alot of talented people on DA). However, I am a bit of a writer, but have been in development hell for a while now, hope to finally stop procrastinating someday soon.

I like the design and it is more realistic than previous designs. However, the movie felt more like it was written with just the MUTOs in mind and a homage to the fifties monster movies, before Godzilla was written in halfway through writing the script.
Still a better design than the Sokogeki-Goji suit.

Agreed, he's a mountain of pure muscle (besides, there have been bulkier Godzillas, GMK Goji from certain angles namely, so I think Legendary Goji carries himself rather well lol).
