I've been meaning to get this posted for a long time now, but as has often been the case with me lately, life has not been cooperative, but finally I found the time to get this done, so here ya go, my OC Godzilla concept, PredaGoji! The idea behind PredaGoji is that he's a Legendary Era style Godzilla in terms of design, but that in terms of behavior he's much more ruthless than the Legendary Goji we know, more prone to react to aggression WITH aggression in keeping with how Toho Gojis typically behave. In other words, he doesn't patiently ignore military attempts to get in his way, he reacts with "BURN HUMANS, BURN IN THE FIRES OF GOJIRA!" Also, I picture him as being driven by more animalistic urges as well, such as hunting & fighting other kaiju not only in defense of his territory, but also for the sake of sustenance. So yeah, this Godzilla doesn't fight for the sake of restoring or maintaining the balance of nature, but for food & territory, like a real animal. So for example, if he managed to catch a much smaller kaiju like Baragon, he'd devour him in much the same way a wolf would a rabbit, & after defeating the Muto from the 2014 film, he would have devoured them afterwards to recover the energy he spent chasing them (I'd love to see a grisly scene like that in a modern Godzilla movie, something akin to the gore level seen in Godzilla vs Biollante, or Gamera: Guardian of the Universe). Anyway, inspiration for this design came from an unused head sculpt for the 2014 Godzilla, which was much more saurian in appearance, as well as a few other designs, including promotional & concept art for ShodaiGoji, & I couldn't resist request double rows of teeth & fangs like BioGoji & his successors lol. Many thanks to the artist of this concept, , AKA "he who makes sense of my chaotic mess of ideas to make something that looks good" XD

P.S. just to clarify, I do still love Monsterverse Godzilla that we currently know and love, I just wanted to cook up a version of the Big G that would fit in with that universe's design aesthetic but behave in a manner that made him far more destructive & wild.
