I'm not gonna lie, I saw a recording of this on YouTube before watching Godzilla VS Kong because it was released in other countries before the US release. It didn't help the title of the video says what it was. When I did see the movie in theaters, I was happy to see this scene but wasn't too excited since I already seen it. The greatest tribute to King Kong VS Godzilla 1962 spoiled for me

If I remember, i read somewhere (i think Twitter) that someone who was a test audience said that in a scene, Kong threw a tree at Goji's face which is a reference. Idk if its true or not since i wasnt a test audience or have the Art of GvK book.
