Description

This was the earliest Godzilla 2000 figure I got my hands on as a kid and I was very confused for a long time why it looked so different from the design that was actually in the movie until the matter was cleared up for me, being that this is actually a figure based on how sculptor and designer Yuji Sakai originally conceived that the look would be for the film and it seemed for a while they were going to run with it, until they decided to make the design changes to the look which resulted in the suit we know, and I am glad for that as the 1999/2000 suits are among my favorites in the whole franchise. But it's kinda neat having this little concept design, and the concept was also adapted into larger more detailed figures which I don't have.
