Because whenever I get addicted to anything new in the kaiju world, obviously I need figures to go on the Kaiju Shelf. Problem with Zone Fighter is merch is very hard to find and VERY expensive, so what does an enterprising nerd do when faced with such obstables?
Why do it for himself, of course, so thanks to the generous donation of a Scout Trooper figure from Return of the Jedi and a generous supply of Sculpey, the shelf now has a pretty reasonably decent representation of my new favorite member of the Toho family. Considerably cheaper than blowing $400 on the ridiculously rare Figuarts toy, anyway.
