I made this up as a birthday gift for my older brother, because this scene from the 1966 Batman movie and this quote specifically was a big memory of my childhood. He would often chide me with "You're mad, Riddler!" as a reaction to things I would say, and it just became one of our biggest running gags, so I had to pay respects to that. I'm also just happy that in spite of the issues with my hand I can proudly declare I did NOT trace this image, and still managed to make a pretty decent set of likenesses for Cesar Romero and Frank Gorshin.
