A lot of people think that, but what the evil wizard is saying to the dragon in the film’s climax, is “follow”, and the actor’s accent makes it sound like “Taro”.
Therefore the monster has no name and is registered as just, Dragon

I was making these in a Showa size, and I couldn’t help but put my own spin on them.
I don’t like the 100+ meter size of modern film kaiju, too outside of the realm of plausibility, however space kaiju can follow a different path altogether.

I know, but I drew them all in the Showa size scale and might have used some artistic liberties with their heights but to suite my taste.
