Essentially, the Krayt Dragon is a super predator of it's world, a desert world called Tattoonie, where it is said to remain dormant for years at a time after large meals. By, the year 2587, there were two krayt dragons held on Earth zoos and several illegally owned for underground kaiju battles.

- can tolerate temperatures up to 275 degrees
- multiple legs not only carry the bulk of the animal but allow it to travel at great speed and dig
- is aggressive if hungry
