In 1967 a strange frequency jammed the radios of any ships around the secluded Sogell island and the distress radio of a weather control team of scientists also living on the island. The scientists were under an unseen attack, their food supply was stolen from the supply shed the lock sheered off as though done by a razor and the animals of the island lived on hair triggers and were practically uncatchable, and as the weather experiment began something cut through the power cables and the entire island was bathed in a radioactive wash of rain and lightning. One week later the men found the culprits to their troubles, 8 meter "baby" Kamacuras, and they had brought their parents that were 45 meters tall but the humans were not what they were after, on a rocky out cropping near the beach 6 of the huge insects had begun to dig and rip at the earth to reveal a huge egg. The Kamacuras forcibly hatched it to reveal an infant 10 meter Godzillasaur who was in grave danger of being devoured until Godzilla arrived and killed two of the Kamacuras and caused the others to flee. A week or so later Minya ran afoul of Speiga a 60 meter spider that dwelt in the islands center in which was a challenge for even Godzilla to overcome with his son. In 1969 after Minya and his father and the other kaiju were moved to Monster island, he became the victim to a sadistic bullying kaiju named Gabara who took get joy in tormenting the hapless Minya but with some training from his father Minya bested the beast and would live in peace on his island home until 1995 when he would go in search of his father and the half grown kaiju would end up being killed by the evil monster Destroyah, but as his father's nuclear furnace was destroying him and Tokyo Minya was absorbing the powers being released and transformed him into the thrid and mightiest of the Godzillas. Another Minya would be found in 2005 during the Xilien invasion and be adopted by Godzilla 3 as was done by him in 67.
