That's the one thing that's pleased me most about the new movie. The Big Guy has some impressive facial expressions. I loved his angry game face in particular.

I can't wait to see this movie! He looks a bit more chunkier than in the past, but at least he's not a radiation mutated Iguana. That was the one time I was ashamed of my home country. At least this time America seems to be doing it right!

For the movie, i want:
1) No exploited heroic elements. I want the characters to be pitted in a grief danger that seems to be no hope.
2) I want Godzilla, no matter how will he looks like, to have a really terrifying, hellish appearance
3) The ending should be a cliff hanger ( please don't mine the 3rd option)

Don't wanna start fight here,but why most of you people really hate Gino? I mean, the reason about the design is they tried make an anatomically correct creature. Original Godzilla was made based on the current anatomical facts in that time.
And one more, Godzilla and Zilla are completely different things. So if we stop comparing them, the different will be a big deal no more.

It is actually, Gareth Edwards said he wanted it to be like "someone from Toho saw it, then went back to the studio to make a movie about it and they tried to draw it from memory."Β Basically, we're supposed to look at this Godzilla and say, "Ohhhh, ok, so that's why Godzilla '54 looks like that."
