As Earth descended into chaos during the Kilaak Invasion, Operation: Final War was nearing its climax. Captain Gordon, Dr. Otonashi and the young, inexperienced soldier Ozaki piloted the Gotengo III on the Kilaak Mothership with what little force they had left, Godzilla himself not far behind. There, within the mothership, the Regulator waited, bouncing his knee in excitement...
MONSTER X is perhaps one of the most dangerous daikaiju to ever appear on Earth, largely because it is not merely a kaiju. The Regulator, the Earthling-Xillian hybrid son of Astronaut Glenn and Miss Namikawa, had been waiting for decades of his abnormally long life to carry out his grand drama on Earth. Now, moving towards the last act of his play, he activated a massive genetic-mutating agent in his body, flooding his system with the catalystic energy necessary to mutate himself into a brand new hybrid: Humanoid and GHIDORAN. His skeleton erupted from his body, becoming a bizzare armor, his skin and muscles turned black as death, and his already warped mind pushed beyond the limits of the mortal capacity.
Monster X and Godzilla squared off at Mt. Fuji, while the rest of the monster army watched in awe. The radioactive dinosaur and mutated alien proved to be an even match for one-another, but X hadn't counted on a major factor: that his power was exactly what Ghidorah itself needed to be reborn: after being all but beaten by Godzilla, the space monster's consciousness, which had been fermenting in the Regulator's mind his whole life, finally had enough power to take his revenge. X's body erupted in an almost ceremonious fashion, and Ghidorah was reborn, his body aglow with the power of KAISER GHIDORAH! Now it is up to Godzilla, Rodan, Mothra, Battra, King Caesar, Angurius, Titanosaurus, Zilla, Kumonga, Kamacuras, Gorosaurus and the Gotengo to defeat the King of Terror and the Kilaak Forces once and for all!

- Super speed and strength
- Extreme martial arts prowess
- Able to levitate/"fly" for a good distance
- Gravity Bolts from eyes
- Can focus alien chi into attacks

Not Hating On The Picture In Any Way Matt, I'M A Hard Core G-Fan Too But I Will State That Next To Minilla This Has Got To Be The Worst Monster In The Series, Now Super Alien Villian For Some Hero Ok That'd Be Cool But Opponent For Godzilla I Seriously Didnt Like Him, Way To Anime/Humanoid For My Taste, Like Most Monsters In Final Wars, They Had Butchered Some Of The Monsters That Were Awsome To Me Growing Up, The Fights Lasted For Scounds, What The Hell!! The Only Secound Long Fight That Made Sense Was When He Fought Gino/Zilla, I Don't Know This Is Probablly Just Comming For My Inner Rant Of My Dissappointment Of Final Wars, But I Just Feel They Could Have Had Godzilla's 50th Last Film In Such A Better Way, They Had All The Monsters, And I Mean ALLL The Monsters That Could Have Made This Movie Just Awsome, And They Do Nothing, And Besides Get Beat By Godzilla In A Matter Of Secs. It Was Irriatating To Me Cuz It Felt Like A Poor Attempt To Mix Random Ass Movies "Cough" "Cough" Star Wars/X-Men......With A Weak Recreation Of Destroy All Monsters. Way To Anime Esk For Something That Can, As In This Case Ruin Everything About The Action, And Story Like "Wink" Wink" Teen Titans. Hopefully This New Legendary Pictures Godzilla Can Recreate The Big G In A Whole New Way Maybe Have A Ghidorah The 3Headed Monster Story Line Where Godzilla, Rodan, Mothra And This Time Angurius Take Down The Space Dragon, Sorry For The 7year late review, But Keep Up The Work Im Excited For "Legends" And You Need To Do The ART For All The IDW Comics, You Draw The Monsters The Way They Should Be, Giant Monsters But With The Soul And Awsomeness That All Us G-Fans HAVE Felt From These Monsters Since We Were Kids Growing Up Idolizing These Bastards, You Need To Call IDW And Say "HEY!, I'm Taking Over BITCHES" And what would be interesting also Is If You Could Pitch A Series Where It Tells Of What Happens To Junior At The End Of Godzilla Vs Destroyah, Which Monsters He Fights or Whatever. The references to King Ghidorah in this design are very clever; the signature twin-tipped tail, the split-head shoulder armor referring to the three heads of Ghidorah; it's a really great design that makes the allusion without being too obvious and still having its own sense of identity. Love it!

Dude, the only thing cooler about your sleeker & more defined version of Monster X is his ORIGIN STORY! The idea of him being the son of the Astronaut and Xilian spy from "Monster Zero" is just great story telling, I especially like how in the end he finds himself nothing more than the vessel for the resurrection of Godzilla's long time archnemesis, King Ghidorah! Now of course Keizer Ghidorah >8D

I know I mentioned this on the King Casar drawing, but what I hate about Final Wars is that they give Godzilla human qualities. He doesn't fight like a dinosaur would.
