"On this planet Autobot & Decepticon alike possessed the scale of giants but this beast, towered over them all blotting out the sun. . . .
None felt this stronger than Bumblebee. As he saw his comrades, his brothers and enemies flung about like small toys, an unexpected and uncontrollable panic seized his spark. . . making him run. . . .
Though made of metal, Grimlock could feel the radioactive burning rage of the beast caught in his jaws and liked it! Godzilla's tail swung with a hurricane's force through a building. "-not let go!!!" Grimlock's mind repeated in his own fury. "You hurt Me Dinbots, Me hurt YOU!!!" and he held on. . . .
Drift stared up at the colossal leviathan above him, his grip tightening around his swords. His study of earth's warriors had revealed many stories of brave swordsmen facing giant reptiles to the death. Did they all feel this same deep pit of fear in their sparks? Fear was a constant companion of war, but this was different. This foe would never surrender, never concede, never lapse into fear or panic. This was victory or death. . . .
The Seekers circled high overhead, watching.
Starscream (to himself): "Has Megatron finally met his ultimate demise and half the Autobot army with him? Ha! Ha! MY TIME HAS COME!"
Thundercracker: "Megatron's in danger! Commander, prepare for attack run?"
Starscream: "Not Yet."
Skywarp: "Phew!"
The grip of the creature was incredible. . . for an organic. But the weakness of an organic was the intense pain it was capable of feeling. Megatron's left hand already dug into it's flesh at near his maximum level of strength. He had to move quickly, Megatron could feel the pressure beginning to damage his body. His movements limited, he held his right arm out, waiting for a clear shot. Being attacked from all sides, the organic creature had almost forgotten what it held in it's hand. It's arm moved closer to it's body, almost in Megatron's sights. He knew better than to wait for the Seekers overhead for aid. Soundwave was already in position. Megatron gritted his metal teeth as his target came into view. . . .
Optimus stared up at the being. Even on top of this tall building, he was still only at the being's chest. The building was wrecked and ready to fall, the area around them ruined, with more waiting to be destroyed. Most of the Autobots were evacuating the city, sparing only a few to contain this threat. That may have been a mistake. The Decepticons who had antagonized this lifeform in the first place were decimated, Megatron's own spark perhaps about to be extinguished. Optimus bore this being no malice, but human lives were at stake and it was beyond all means of reason, even the universal greeting. Optimus Prime steeled himself, feeling the light of the matrix within his chest and the weight of the ax in his hands. There was no choice. He began running, his powerful legs taking him across the roof at once, then he was in the air, the ax over his head, rocket turbine at full power, the being's chest growing closer and closer. . . .
The fire burned within him. The metal creatures were everywhere. Pinpricks of pain stabbed him all over, making him mad. He had dealt with pests like these before, but these were different, they moved faster, they seemed to change shape, their stings hurt more and just like all the rest there seemed to be more and more of them. For every one he swatted or crushed, two more took it's place.
It didn't matter.
He would get them all.
He would win, like he always did, because he was THE KING OF THE MONSTERS!!!
The fire burned hotter! Waiting to be released! And Godzilla was ready. Ready to unleash his Hell.
His mouth opened. . . ."

Ah yes, Godzilla is one of those guys who simply never loses, but not in a way that's annoying. It's like with David Carradine. We knew Slyvester Stalone would go on to be a huge star, but in Death Race 2000 he didn't stand a chance. David Carradine thrased his ass, Italian Stallion or not.

Or, Megatron just got cocky, tried to use Godzilla in some kind of evil plot, and lost control. The latter is probably more likely.
Either way, amazing job on this piece. The perspective is great, and I very much like the amount of detail you've squeezed into this. I would be a very happy boy if you decided to color this.
