Oh wow, this looks awesome. Godzilla is coloured in green though, you're perpetuating a myth by making him that green instead of charcoal grey. Those are some very awesome details on Anguirus though, his colouration look great, and I like all the details in the spines.

Honestly, I prefer my Godzilla green.
Besides, he HAS been green. And black. And gray. It's less a "myth" and more a "most of the time he's gray, sometimes he's green."

Well if he was purple, we'd call him Barney.
While I do prefer to see him colored dark grey, green usually come out better when used in art, which is why he's always green in the comics.
This picture is well done, reminding me of Art Adams' version of the Big G.

Yeah, I wonder why they started doing that. Not that I really care, it's just that all my non-Gfan friends keep waving "Vrs Megaquirus" in my face over it.
Truth is, the first time I watched that one, I got half way through it before my mother came to visit and she pointed it out to me.

Me: Ma, how many times must I tell you, he's black.
Ma: Baby look at him, they tindged him green this time. That is a (beeping) green monster!

Hmm, alright, id that's the way you like him.
I thought he was only green in like 1 or 2 movies? And yeah, black too, I would have called him black, I just thought people use "charcoal grey" to mean not exactly the blackest of blacks.
Still, there are people that think he is green all the time, and that's hardly the case, like I said, 2 movies at most I think. He really has been black for the most of his career, with only a brief foray into green, not counting some of the comics.
