Ah memories. So many rubber suits, so many fake buildings and puppets. And the explosions...
Nice face-off here. Exactly what you'd expect, MechaG on the ground shooting off his tech weapons while Kong leaps from the air to crush his opponent! Good placement on each one, and convincing job on the metallic bodies.

Whenever I hear or see the phrase 'King Kong vs. Godzilla' I always have to snicker. Kong is roughly 25-60ft tall, depending on which media you're viewing or reading. Godzilla, on the other hand, even at his smallest original incarnation was 167ft in height ( [link] ). So I've always considered the concept of their fight kinda one-sided.
Now, aside from that dose of geekiness, this is indeed an AWESOME piece of work!

The original Mecha G is and always will be my favorite of the three, with Kiryu coming in at a close second. The 90's version? Doesn't deserve mentioning, it looked way too plastic and inflexable.

Never would have thought of this in a million years, But yes this would be a very interesting battle, Mecha-Godzilla has the edge on weopendry, but if Mecha-Kong is as crafty as his fur and blood counterpart he still could win, It does look like their fighting in the Artic or Antartic?
