background is purposefully left blurry -- main focus was the portrait.
...not entirely satisfied with how this one turned out. I screwed up her jaw -- sorry!

This looks pretty nice. I think it would look better without using any black lines on her face, like around her lips or on her jawline. That would give it a smoother look to it

Not bad. You could try to get away a bit from lines, and try to create forms with light/shadow; that would move your work more in a realistic direction. Right now, it‘s still relatively stylized, with the heavy dark outlines. Still, you‘re getting there. 👍

This looks like it was painted & I applaud your efforts! I can't control anything whenever I try to paint something so I just make sonewhat interesting looking messes, lol. I love the design, & her expression is just the best! Keep up the great work!!!

Have you tablet? Or its draw with mouse?
The strokes are very raw..Also you use shading without understanding the head form. Unnecessary detalizing in one areas and unnnecessary bluring anoter. See this reflections on glasses on reference photo? It is very impotant and you didn't it. But I like how you catch her expression and made focus on face.
