*sigh* But I've written a novel… Isn't a novel better than coloured art?

Would you believe this didn't really take me very long to do? I think I've got colouring down pat now, and the cleanness is a factor of having to outline every section in high res because that's the only way I've got good enough mouse control. As for the sphere, that's a layer with marble texture. I think that was particularly inspired of me, so I'm glad you like it. I had fun doing the smudges as well.

That's good to hear That makes sense though, and it appears very helpful that way. Ah, so it IS a texture. Very awesome! And now that I look at it more closely, I can see the texture slightly of Dan better, but I still wasn't sure I looks very awesome! Yay smudging! 8D

Yeah. It is. And yeah, that be a texture. I was going for "swirly smoke" but had limited resources and painting in swirly grey bits didn't work so well.

Thanks! They were, trust me. I think I ended up using the pencil too at 800% magnification for bits of it... Worth the effort, though. I like how it turned out.
