Description Sunsets are my safe point. I try to always make them different even if I am given a lot of the same. My preference has always been to have some clouds to keep things interesting. The more clouds there are and the more depth that they can have the better they are. This one has always been a favorite with everyone that sees it.

I actually like this alot. I love the horizon line and ground under it black as night so as to lead your eye along to the sun. I love the colors also. A bit of pink and many crimson. The lowest clouds almost look like a full treeline. Its unsettling and yet eye catching and beautiful. Ive seen alot of sunups and sundowns that are done really well, so while the concept isn't original; the execution was different. I generally enjoy this photo and all its eerie wonder. I definately would like to see any further attempts at sunrise. Thank you for sharing!

Yep, it is technically a DSLR camera. I would have thought it was a hybrid between point and shoot and DSLR if anything. But yes, that's what I have used for photography since November of 2010
