Since I have NO clue how to do critiques, I'll just say that the light surce is fantastic! The only thing I'd say to improe on is try making the bg a?bit more 3d-like? If thats the right term>

Okay, here we go... Critique time
First, to start, was this drone with Colored Pencils? I can't really tell, to be honest! Its that good
Next, The colors, they are gorgeous! The clouds look just like galaxies or nebulae! The night sky and the background shading work together perfectly and make an awesome appearence!
Also, the lighting... As far as I can tell, the star that Karla (is that the right character 
Finally, for the Dragon - She looks amazing, and the only thing that I would change, if any, would maybe one of her legs is in a bit of a different position.
Maybe a bit more down or something. The tail looks great and the spines are perfect in size and everything
All in all, given 10/10! This is a wonderful piece and I want you to frame it! DO IT NAOW!!!, or sell it as a print! This would look great anywhere!

It's like a space angle, the cloud effects are really great and give it an otherworldly feeling. Overall it's great.

The only critique I can think to offer would be the possibility of adding a subtle secondary light source from the moon to your work to give it a more real-life feel to it.

uhm maybe with the clouds, making them strewn out a bit more to look less like theyre contained and more spread out? Maybe a little more shading on them to show more texture as well, though they already look gorgeous as it is

Yeah I wanted to keep it semi-cartoony. I can do realistic but I choose not to most of the time. Except in drawings like this one where a realistic background would work better than a cartoony one.
