Description
=purplelemon drew the original lineart as a gift for me making her a section of my site to host her comics on. I'll get to that soon.This took me 3 days to colour, and is my first real effort at trying the SonicTeam-style colouring. So be nice!! ^^

Because he's my character, not Tails from Sonic. Why are people still commenting on this picture, asking that question? 1. It's four years old, go comment on something new. 2. This obviously isn't Tails from Sonic, so he's not going to be orange.

One a related note, there's a cheat that can be exploited in Sonic Heroes to make Tails turn blue. (And Knuckles blue, and Sonic red.) In fact, I've been drawing many Bluetails pictures lately. (Based on the glitch, not on your character.)

Hmm, he's got his own shoes, pants, shirt, jacket, goggles, not to mention he's blue, and if you take one damn look at my gallery you'd see that he's quite obviously my character and not Sega's Tails. This was his old design, when he himself wasn't far off from Tails, and didn't have his own name, but god damn if you're gonna ask a silly question like that, open my gallery and find another picture to answer your question.
Besides, you think that's bad? At least you could tell. I saw someone who has their "own" character that's Shadow the Hedgehog, as a hedgehog-wolf hybrid, essentially a furry version of Shadow with a bushier tail. And yes, his name is "Shadow". So trust me, this old design isn't the worst out there, and it's about four years since outdated anyway.

How about instead of looking at my freakin' FIRST pictures, which was before I learned to DRAW, you look at my RECENT pictures and favourites, where his design isn't FOUR YEARS OLD.
And if you seriously think this character [link] looks like Tails, you have something wrong with you. Now get off my page. Next time you are going to ask a stupid question on someone's picture that's four years old, why don't you look through their recent faves and postings, or just not be so stupid.

I want to apologise to you for my daughter's comment.
She is nine years old and autistic and I started an account for her as an outlet for her stories and her artwork with clear instructions that she was not to comment on anyone else's art, only answer comments on her own.
Tonight she managed to disobey (and I didn't catch on for a couple of hours) and make a few comments that are in no way meant to be insulting, it's just as a result of her autism, she doesn't really have the social skills to make appropriate comments.
She's currently grounded from DA until I'm sure she understands the rules again.

Long story short, I'm the original Tails, but I'm blue. I agreed to let Sega use me as a char, but they made me orange so it wasn't too confusing.
