This... requires a bit more explanation than my usual spiel.

In the most basic form, I can define this as "Felix, from the Golden Sun games, as though he were in the Homestuck universes". But that seems insufficient.

One thing I enjoy doing, from time to time, is transplanting bits of certain fandoms into others, and speculating about how they might turn out. What would Jean-Luc Picard do in Sunnydale, for instance, or how might Frodo Baggins live onboard the Galactica. In this case, the thing transplanted is a bit larger - a planet.

The premise is as follows. Weyard, from the Golden Sun video games, is now part of the reality presented in Homestuck . There are certain changes involved - the introduction of the internet, a lack of Adepts - but mostly it's the same Weyard, with basically the same characters.

So. This is Felix, as he might be in that Weyard. His text color doesn't correspond to anything in particular; it's just what I came up with when I was looking through a palette with Felix in mind. His surname is Dutch, a combination of the Dutch words for "son", "of", and "Vale".

I do intend to do these for all the playable Golden Sun characters, although I haven't got symbols or typing oddities completely figured out for all of them. (Suggestions are welcome, but by no means required, nor guaranteed to be used.)

Felix is a Derse dreamer, as indicated by the purple moon up top. It's probably for the best that I didn't try to draw his dreamself.

Those creatures Felix is facing, in the Land of Smoke and Sacrifice, are wood imps. It's hard to see, I think, but I did include a hint of his pre-entry prototyping: each of the imps has ears reminiscent of a basset hound.

For the record, Felix doesn't like that robe he's in - too dark and skullish - but it gives extraordinary bonuses to that particular scythe. (I suspect the scythe is called Death Size.)

I have determined that hair is no longer my greatest nemesis - hands are. I probably could have done better, but the smoke was slowing Inkscape down horribly, and it was worse at larger zooms, so I tried to keep things as simple as possible toward the end.
