Ok, its not a great pic, i rushed it....But i have reasons, im on the run up to final exams, so i havent had the usual 4-5 hours i spend on my sub-par work

Considering how scary Chiyo looked in the costume in the first cultural festival, it's good that they made the second one just for her.
I wonder why they didn't show a cultural festival in their final year? Couldn't Chihiro have made a costume without Kaorin? Or was it too much to do while everyone's studying for placement exams (which didn't stop them from participating in the sports festival)?
BTW, her pigtails are hidden inside the head of the costume when she wears it.
