Well, this is the first usage of my water colour pencils... i gotta say, im actually quite chuffed.. I did it of Rei, cause she easily the coolest, and cutest anime gal, plus, i usually use her when i test out new things as i find her easy to draw. Its only her head, i know, but as i said, just a test.

I think i messed up the shiney bit of light reflection, probably should of used a lighter blue colour....
