Nick is a quiet, somewhat deadpan dude known for his almost legendary politeness, and coupled with his southern accent and rugged looks makes him somewhat attractive, but Nick really could care less about all that. During the day he runs a pawn shop, but at other hours is a well known neutral fence. It’s somewhat in his blood, coming from a long line of thieves and fences. He was raised by his dad and uncles as a child (his mother died in a car crash when he was tiny), growing up and playing with the kids of Crime lords and Mafia dons. After he turned 18 he went on a cross country trip picking up various skills, connections, and jobs along the way. He got into boxing as a hobby and spent nearly a Decade running around the country in the circuit, ending up in Vegas where he adopted a stray dog named Chinook. After a while he got called back to his family where his dad passed on ‘the family business’ to his son, before dieing from natural causes. So Nick moved to Sagancity where he opened a pawn shop (As a cover), but also fences for the various criminals that live there (some he knew from childhood). He lives there currently with his dog, traveling sometimes between cities to make himself a living. He also got the nickname ‘Nick-knack’ (a play on Knickknack), from his clients, which he rather dislikes. But since everyone started calling him that he kinda puts up with it now.

Nick is a fence character I cooked up for Villain (I needed one for the story), but damnit I love Nick. There’s not enough Good Ol Southern Boys out there. C :
