"I don' t know," Tigress said doutbfully, "I'm not sure I'm ready to be a teacher now."

Viper smirked. She knew, what with her ways of persuasion (a.k.a. nagging) and little Ying's charm, that Tigress would have to cave sooner or later. Besides, that was what they were out here in the mountains for, right? The Furious Five were finally released by Master Shifu to take on students of their own, and while the men of the group declined in favor of keeping the peace as they had been doing all along, Viper and Tigress had been seroiusly thinking on Shifu's idea.

That is, until Tigress began to chicken out once she was met with the bright eyes of Zhi Ying, a rather enthusiastic (if a little plain) bunny residing at the neighboring mountain. Viper could tell that Tigress was afraid of appearing too cold and uncaring to her new pupil.

That her student would be afraid of her.

"You know," Shifu spoke up from behind them, startling them all a bit, "there is no better time to start teaching while you are young, Tigress. You are more than capable of taking on a new student."

Viper winked at her comrade in arms. "That's code for he wants to be called 'Yeye'."

"I heard that, you snake!"

Tigress shifted her gaze from Viper, to Shifu, to Ying, and finally back to Viper. "You'll never stop until I say yes, will you?"

"No."

The Tiger's smile widened, her eyes suddenly cleared of doubt as she addressed the small bunny waiting expectantly. "Zhi Ying, I would be honored if you would accept to be my student at the Jade Palace."

Whew! I'm sorry about the background, I HATE it with a burning passion but there's little I can do to fix it. However! I have drawn Tigress and Viper for the first time, and I'm SUPER proud of how they turned out. Tell me what you all think of it! There may or may not be more on Tigress and Ying (Ha, no one has EVER made a bunny her student before!) in the future, so keep your eyes open!
