Yep. I definitely have an obsession with hair!
This piece was inspired by the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis), a phenomenon that I've always thought to be just beautiful and ethereal. I painted this piece following an idea of 'where the sky meets the sea', hence the strange glowing fishies and stars!

Thank you!!! The textures are just watercolour splashes! I do some and then scan them and put them in! The stars are just painted dots

Well my favorite piece in your gallery is of course Aurorae. I would love to have a print of this work! Deviantart allows artists to sell their artwork as canvas prints in a number of different sizes. I don't know if there is a size limit, but I'm very interested in purchasing the largest canvas available. I'm not sure what the correct sizing scale would be for your particular artwork, but it would be great if i could purchase from you like a 30"X45" size canvas print.

The only thing is, with the deviantArt print process, I'm not able to hand-sign the work myself which is kinda sad, because I really want to personalize the print for the people who are kind enough to even want to own my work. So what I have done so far is that I've made contact and have been working with a canvas printer locally to get some large-scale prints made. I had Aurorae printed on a canvas roughly 30"x45" a month ago for a friend and it looked incredible! So if you're still keen and would prefer that method, i could get that sorted for you! Otherwise, getting it made through deviantart is also possible if anything!
