Personality: Rareiz is a strong hearted and responsible. He believes in loyalty, and when broken it takes a long time for him to trust you again, even then he is still polite. Rareiz is also very protective, often getting himself nearly killed to protect someone. Even though he is responsible and loyal, he will often bend the rules to help close friend.
Relationships: Apprentice of Khroxos, brothers with Cyzeik, allies with Jade. Second hand leader of Horizon's (city) league

I'm lovin the wings, the color reminds me of a parrot, but looks great how he is. The design makes him look like a bad guy, but clearly he isn't, excellent work!

It's great to see him again, he's just too awesome, with that incredible design that he has, those featered wings and that cool head design rock, and don't forget those gorgeous colors that he has, you made them combine perfectly. I really like that kind and loyal personality that he has, in a first impression you would think that he's bad because of his design and colors, but he's a great and good dragon.
