I was learning on this one!New techniques! Always striving to be better!
Alright so this is yet another concept for a male character ( and without giving away too much, as I will reveal the story later ), he is an exile, or someone on the run, seeking refuge. I wanted him to look unique with his scars and marred ears, to the point that that is all that could tell of his past - other than his scars he is absent of any cultural or racial/species specific markings, or features ( as much as possible within a fantasy setting... i.e. no features like elf ears, passes for human - passes AS human for at a glance). It may be hard to tell from this image but I also wanted him to have no hair what-so-ever, meaning no eyebrows and no lashes. Literally nothing to strike as egotistic in anyway. I wanted him to have a stoic face, or a wise, intellectual look, with the faraway gaze that is lost in deep thought, or concern.
I will explain more later and possible edit this with a real name for him.
Started out as a pencil sketch and redone on the Cintiq.
