hey guys, totally forgot to upload this. Sorry, Im getting at a point where I'm not sure whether or not I should continue being active on devianart, or just drop it and stay on tumblr and professional portfolios. Mainly cause like 98% of all images in here were done by 15 years or are photographs of pointless things. But I still like the amount of skilled artists on here. So I think I might stay.Βanyways, this was a color technique project that dealt with coloring lineart using clipping masks. so this isnt really my style. But I enjoyed making it and hope you guys do to!! Tried to go for a different head design by covering it in large thorny projections like the various thorned lizard species. Overall it looks pretty comic-book-y. enjoy, cheers!!

onions do sound good!
hmm, I hadn't really thought about them. I think they may be natural, like maybe they only grow on older males and used for display. But being a more fantastical dragon, I didn't think too much about its functional biology.Β
