Read the rest of "I'm My Own Mascot" here: www.kevinbolk.com/comic/mascot…Folks at parties have asked me why I don't drink. This is pretty much the reason. I'm one of the few people who's actually LESS fun when they're drunk. That, and I'm easily susceptible to hangovers. XD

I got drunk once (big mistake) and I got really REALLY REALLY ANGRY. Then really really really quiet. Then really really really sad. Then I slept, then I was really really really hungover.

Never been drunk and won't be for a long time, probably. All I know is; do not end up being the only sober person at a party. It's very depressing and uncomfortable.

There's nothing wrong with being the only sober person at a party-- I mean, think about all the stupid things you must see the drunk people do. Doesn't it make you feel just a little bit morally superior that you aren't that dumb?

Well, yes, but it just feels really awkward. I don't know if you've experienced being alone sober with everyone else being drunk running around laughing hysterically about nothing at all, but it's very very uncomfortable. But it does make me happy that I don't drink, I would be embarassed if I acted anything like that.

I don't drink at all (for a number of reasons, some of them reasonable and some of them utterly stupid), so yeah. I mostly just try to avoid situations like those whenever I can (I am very uncomfortable around drunk people), but if I have to I just try to remind myself that in the morning I will wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed and not have any mysterious holes in my memory nor any embarrassing pictures forever documenting my idiocy, nor will I have damaged my liver. XD

At least you're smart enough to know this. It blows my mind when people KNOW how they are when they drink . . . and they do it anyway.

(awkward silence... followed by me walking away)

I however, laugh my ass off when I'm tipsy . . . and go about my day.
(TIP: If any of you are intoxicated, before you go to bed, pop 2 Ibuprofin and drink 1 big glass of water. BOOM. No hangover.)

I've never been drunk. I don't drink much, and if I do drink, the liquor will probably not even reach a quarter of a Vodka glass. I have a fear of being drunk you see.

I never got drunk... 
all I know from that experience:
1) I take alcohol really well... I was about 13 back then, but it took me way too much just to get tipsy...
2) My reflexes actually did go down, I kept losing games I tried to play
3) I could laugh at anything... I was laughing at myself for losing those games so easily...

I become more of a loudmouth asshole than usual, so getting drunk in public is not for me. Parties or really small get togethers with people I don't know, sure.

Conclusion: Hangover.
I myself am quite relaxed person when im drunk XD discovered that once again last weekend when my friend was having his 20th birthday party. I am quite chilly, I just smile all the time, I am not overly talkative or laughing kinda person, you know, just chilly and relaxed. oh and hangovers? havent got even one, although could be because im just 19 and I dont drink often so I still got quite strong liver.

Aww. I wish I knew what I was like drunk. D8 So far all I get is flushed when I drink. I can't stand the burn of alcohol long enough to -get- drunk. xD Or even buzzed. Though I should have drunk enough for that. Must be the irish blood.

If this was a real test then it was probably cos of your environment that you were being all sad and such.

I can count on one hand how many times I've been drunk. (I don't particularly like how I feel drunk.) Despite this though, it seems I'm a very happy drunk, because if I do get drunk I start hugging everyone. And I'm normally not a very touchy-feely kinda person.
