Description
Inspired by images from Tim Burton's new "Alice in Wonderland" movie, I reimagined my comic strip in his...ahem...style.I poke fun, but I actually do like a lot of Burton films (Big Fish, Sleepy Hollow, and Batman especially).
But I'm a total film snob, so I could probably go on all day if you guys let me.

Ah I really like what you've said in the description there! Finally a reasonable person who'll also ADMIT there a *something* snob. My brother calls me a food snob sometimes...Nice comic. Gave me yet another undeserved laugh.

Hmm...part of me loves the genius of this, and it makes me laugh, but another part of me loves Tim Burton that it finds it blasphemous. However, if I let myself admit it, I will agree that he does use a lot of the same components (e.g. same actors, same composer, etc) that could be a little more varied and it wouldn't hurt him any. I do like his continued use of stripes and swirls, though.

Burton had nothing to do with Coraline, but if he did I would have most certainly mentioned it because I love that movie.

I like him generally, in a vaguely disinterested way.
But his Alice in Wonderland was AWFUL.
If there is a prophesy involved in the story, the one thing that CANNOT EVER HAPPEN is the prophesy coming true as everyone expects it to. I always feel even MORE jaded when this happens, because I spend the majority o the movie/book/other story form CLINGING DESPERATELY to the steadily decreasing chance that there IS a twist.
And the Red Queen.
And the WHITE QUEEN.
AND THE GODDAMN JABBERWOCKY. I HEARD NEITHER WIFFLING NOR BURBLING FROM THAT MONSTROSITY

idk i don't see what the problem is with tim burton using the same actors if they do good work, seems like an odd thing to complain seriously about. Although I would like to see Tim Burton and Michael Keaton work together again.
