Annette Chung (Zhong in Mandarin) is one of 3 girls with psychic powers. The other 2 are FrouFrou Takanami and Aoko Fa (Hua in Mandarin). The chibi version on the right is "celshaded" while the normal version has a painted look. FrouFrou and Aoko are sure to follow. I tried to modify the seal a little, but I decided to leave it like this until I finish the real Tensho one.
