Exile's discovered about Lex when he invaded Fred and Daphne's minds (pages 2 and 3)and he tagged Lex as the world's smartest guy and the only human who could help him to get rid of Superboy, of course this made Lex a case of "too dangerous to live" too...

Heh, yeah, unless the villains are actually friends out of work, like Flash's Rogues Gallery, or Harley and Ivy.

Good call, the Rogues always had a special "buddies" theme, very different than the way guys like Joker and Two-Face would work together.

Guess this is a 'must be' for villains who fight a speedster; they need perfect teamwork in order to stand a chance against a hero who can defeat any of them, literally, in the blink of an eye.

Agreed, they need a superior team work to have a chance. And of course, they even have some very personal relationships like Golden Glider had with The Top and Cap. Cold.

The Great Paul Gambi! I always liked the idea the villains have the same tailor, this even explained why they have similar "fashion styles".

Thanks. I'm glad (and relieved) you liked Luthor's characterization, he's a hard guy to write. I wanted give him some depth and avoid the stereotypical bad guy take.
