So, instead of punishing yourself, you can try to be a person who changes things in life for the better, or at least that is the thought that keeps ME going. Just hang in there, because as long as you make one personβs life a bit better, I feel you should continue on, and if you havenβt or think you havenβt made a positive influence on anyone, that should be your temporary goal in life.
The goal of life is not death, it is to continue on, and improve ourselves and the next generations that come after us, and be the role model they want to become
