Actually, I think this one of Daxter looks MUCH better than the last one I did of Jak...however, I can already predict that he WON'T do as well...because he ISN'T Jak. *shakes head* Silly women...Skinny is sexy! XD
I still luff him all the same. Dax's is always my favie!
So...part of a spin-off to the 'cutest little Warrior' serise.

I actually find these chibis more fun to do with boots, rather than bare-feet, which is why I sorta went sneaky and just took off with *Demyrie 's design for Daxter's new clothes.

Of course, I love how you did him, but I also really love that slight bit of patterning behind him. It really completes the piece and adds a nice bit of contrast color that really grounds it. Nice work

Kai, you got me inspired for trying a chibi for myself one of these days
ahem... Daxter looks so adorable like that, and the strong shading also works as a strong part in itself. Even though I don't quite understand why you gave him a green background (bubble set?). it works well to fit with the red colors of his clothing. And that face!!! O__O omg, you got me THIS close to hugging him
