Almost took 12 hours in PS:CS2 to make.plz +fav if you use it or if you like it i worked really hard to make it and would like others to see it.
lemme see what you come up with!

nice tut dude. helped me out alot. i didnt use the same settings u used so i got a different outcome but it was very helpful.

nice tut mate, but where it says i should put certain settings on the wind deformation, it has the shear settings next to it
